To be eligible for On-Campus Housing, applicants must be at least 18 of age or older at the time of move-in, and enrolled as a day school student at our Woodland Park, CO campus. 

Beginning with the 2026–2027 academic year, new applicants for on-campus housing must be 39 years of age or younger at the time of move-in. Current on-campus residents remain eligible to apply for housing for the 2026–2027 academic year, regardless of age.

Charis residence halls are designed to support a shared, peer-centered residential experience.  

Absolutely. The age eligibility applies only to on-campus housing. Students over the age limit are welcome to attend Charis and may explore off-campus housing options. Please contact our Charis Relocation Team for details by email at relocation@awmcharis.com.

All applications must be submitted via the On-Campus Housing Portal. In order to submit an application, you must be admitted to Charis, and have paid your $320 student deposit.

Once your student deposit has been paid, you can sign in to the housing portal using your Charis student email address via the Student SSO Login link. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee you on-campus housing.

Housing application and pricing for the 2026-2027 academic year are now available.

All residents living on campus of Charis Bible College in Woodland Park, CO are required to pass a background check. This is to ensure a safe community for everyone.

There is a non-refundable $30 fee to apply for on-campus housing. If you are approved for housing, you will immediately owe a housing deposit of $250 in order to move forward in the process. Please see the Room and Board Rates for more information.

Please note that tuition is not included in your housing and meal plan costs.

Our current housing projects, Grace Hall and Faith Hall, are available to individual applicants on a by the bed basis.  Grace Hall is designated as an all-female residence hall and Faith Hall as an all-male residence hall. We acknowledge the diverse needs of our student population and will develop on-campus housing intended for families in the future.
