The Greatest Key to Making 2021 Your Most Successful Year Ever!
With all its challenges, I believe we are all glad to say goodbye to 2020!
No matter what last year was like for you, 2021 has the potential to be your greatest year ever.
Romans 12:2 tells us to be transformed by renewing our minds to the Word of God. There are so many wonderful promises in God’s Word that we certainly need to renew our minds to, but if I had to choose just one scripture for this new year, it would be:
“For with God nothing shall be impossible.” —Luke 1:37
What a statement! If we just got a hold of this one thing, how different our lives would be!
These were the words of the angel Gabriel to Mary in answer to her question, “How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?” Gabriel had just told her that she was going to give birth to Jesus—the Savior of the world!
From birth we are trained to know our limitations. You can't have this. Don't touch that. On and on the list goes.
As we grow up, it's actually considered a sign of maturity to recognize our limitations and learn to live within them. There are limits to everything. It's a fact of life.
But God has no limits. When we enter the realm of the supernatural, we have to take off all the limits. We have to renew our minds with the truth that God is not like us. He can do anything.
We have an awesome God whose power is so great that we can't even comprehend it. He created the universe, and it didn't even tax His ability. Yet many times we find ourselves wondering if our situations or our dreams are too hard for the Lord.
The Lord said to Jeremiah, 'Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?' —Jeremiah 32:27
The answer is a resounding NO!
The only thing that limits God is our unbelief (Dt. 7:17). I want to challenge you to take some time at the beginning of this year to dream with God. Take the limits off your imagination and off of God and just see where it takes you.
Since nothing is too hard for God and nothing is impossible with Him, dream big! Then honor Him by believing and living out those dreams all year long!
