Is Time On Your Side?

We all know that time is passing, and there is nothing we can do to slow it down.

The question is, is time working for you or against you?  How can time work against us?  How can it work for us?

Time is an ingredient that is needed for a seed to become a harvest.  Everything you have sown in your life and everything that has been sown into you, both good and bad, has entered the dimension of time. And time is giving every seed the opportunity to multiply according to its nature.

And He said, "The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head.  But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come."  (Mark 4:26-29)

The seed gets scattered and time passes.  We don’t always understand what is going on in the invisible world of the spirit.  But time provides the environment in which seeds become harvests.

That which we focus on and give our attention to requires time.  Our thoughts are seeds that develop over time.  Our words are seeds that impact our hearts and the hearts of others.  In time, they can bring forth a harvest.  Our actions take time, but also, like seeds, can have positive or negative repercussions.

Wherever you are as you read this, time is passing and your seeds are growing.  What have you sown?  Have you sown seeds of faith, love and blessing?  If so, time is on your side.  If you have sown seeds of doubt, fear, criticism and negativity, time is against you.  The harvest is coming.

There is always time to change the seed we have sown.  There is time to plant new seed and pull up the crop of negativity.  It may take time, but you have all there is.
