Financial Policy

Tuition payments are due the first day of each month. For those who start in August, tuition payments are billed starting September 1 and continue through May 1. For those who start in November, tuition payments are billed starting December 1 and continue through August 1. Your tuition amount is divided evenly over that 9-month period of time. Tuition payments will include vacations and times off of school. Each month you will receive an invoice showing the balance that is due. If at any time your tuition is 60 days past due, you will be dismissed from school. Upon becoming current again, either the daytime Dean of Students or the Director of Night School students will review your return on an individual basis. Part-time night school students, payment for class must be made in advance of class starting date.

If, for some reason, your tuition is not current at the end of the year, you will not receive your report card, Certificate of Completion, diploma, and/or license; nor will you be able to participate in the promotion or graduation ceremonies. At the time your tuition becomes current, your report card, Certificate of Completion, diploma, and/or license will be issued. A first-year student whose tuition is not current will not be allowed to enter the second-year program, unless they become current before the start of school.

The third-year Apprenticeship fee is $800 and is due by July 1 of the year in which you wish to begin your apprenticeship.
