A student of Charis Bible College is someone who has fully completed an official application, paid the registration fee, been accepted by the registrar, paid for the first month’s tuition (minimum), received his/her own copy of a Student Handbook, and participated in an official orientation provided by the staff of Charis Bible College. His/her status as a student will become effective at the beginning of the first term of the class year in which they are attending. The duration of this definition will continue until a student graduates, completes an Apprenticeship, withdraws, or is dismissed for reasons stated in the Student Handbook. This shall be a standard definition of a student for use in determining who is subject to the policies found in the Student Handbook.
In addition, the scope of this definition is limited to either day-school or night-school, depending on which “school” the student has registered for.
