Administrative Office Policies & Procedures

  1. Office Etiquette: All students wanting to see an instructor or other faculty member must first go to the Student Services Room. The person you wish to see will be contacted to see if they’re available. This will eliminate traffic congestion in the CBC office area and unannounced interruptions.

  2. Appointments: Appointments can be made with individual instructors through the Student Services Room. At the time of the appointment, check in at the Student Services Room and the instructor will be notified.

  3. Bulletin Boards: There is a bulletin board located in the break room for student information and announcements. If you have something you would like to put on that board, it must first be cleared through the Administration office. Bring your information to the Student Services Room for review. There is also an administrative bulletin board for faculty use only. This is where you’ll find dates for missed tests and assignments, Student Ministry hours, mission points, class schedule, etc. A mission board has newsletters and other information to keep you updated on our graduates in ministry, and on some adjunct faculty’s ministries. A separate Night School bulletin board is also located in the break room.

  4. Announcements: All announcements must be submitted to the Student Services Room for review.

  5. Mail Boxes: Student mailboxes are located in the break room. These should be checked each break time for memos, messages, and/or mail.

  6. Tapes/CDs: Teaching tapes/CDs of the class sessions can be purchased for $2 each. Ordering is limited to one tape/CD per student per class. Order envelopes are located in the Student Services Room. Fill out the envelope (one per session requested) and turn it in, along with payment, to the Student Services Room. This policy also applies in cases of absence.

  7. AWM Materials: Andrew has made all of AWM materials available to CBC students at a 50% discount (except for partnership materials and the D/E Program). Materials can be ordered and paid for in the Student Services Room using the “In-House Transaction Form.”
