To enroll in the correspondence program, simply download and return the CBC DVD Correspondence Form (.pdf).

You may order any of the materials at any time. It is not necessary to order them in sequence (though it is recommended). Then mail, fax, or call in your order and payment, and we'll get you started!

The course can be ordered by class, installment, term, or in its entirety. (Payment must be received before materials will be shipped.)
