To be eligible for this program you must be a graduate of CBC. After submitting an application, it is reviewed, and a follow-up interview is scheduled. The applicant will be notified if he/she has been accepted or not into the Apprenticeship Program.
The objective of this program is to help each graduate develop his/her vision through a specific step-by-step plan for entering the ministry, using a short-term goal that offers long-term possibilities. This plan may include establishing Bible schools, planting churches, or serving a support ministry. A special emphasis will be placed on everyday administrative aspects of ministry.
The benefits of this Apprenticeship Program include hands-on training in the following areas: fund raising, establishing contacts for future work with foreigners and/or nationals, actual ministerial training, setting up Bible schools and/or churches and managing the daily administration, and cross-cultural adaptation—researching the country and its people. Experienced CBC instructors will supervise all aspects of the training.
