APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS :
1st Year Students and New 2nd Year students
Students will be expected to live in accordance with godly principles as stated in the Student Handbook and the Dress Code and Conduct Information.
Applicant must be a minimum of 17 years of age.
A one-time, nonrefundable $100 application fee must be sent with your application. Your application will not be processed without payment. (A husband and wife may share this fee, i.e. $100 total, not $100 each.)
- Applications and required components must be completed and returned to the Registrar at least four (4) weeks prior to the start date of the term in which you wish to enroll.
In addition to your application (steps 1-4 below) and essay questions, you will need to submit the following:
- Personal Recommendation
- Official Proof of Highest Level of Completed Education Received
- Official sealed transcript from the school in which you completed your highest level of education - high school diploma, college degree, or GED Certificate. Original transcripts will not be returned to the student.
- One Recent Photograph 2”x2”. This photo may be sent electronically.
1st year students have two possible start dates. Fall or Winter terms.

New incoming 2nd year Students – Additional information
2nd year students have one start date – Fall term. This applies to new incoming
students and transfer students from other Charis locations.
Passport requirement. Charis Bible College requires that a copy of your signed valid passport must be received within the first week of starting your second year for inclusion in your foreign missions trip, which is required for graduation.
INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS – You will need to download an application and send it in. We are not able to take Credit Card payments from outside the USA.
If you are not a U.S. citizen, you must provide a copy of your M1 visa or permanent residence card (green card) or other valid visa which allows you to legally reside here in the U.S. and attend Charis Bible College of Colorado.
